PARTY TIME FOR THE KIDS

Sure, the fat guy with the long white beard loves to make an entrance sliding down the chimney. But, on the best authority, we’ve learned old Santa came in through a door (you know, the old fashioned way) at a Yuletide party for Variety’s youngest special needs children.

On December 10th at AMC’s Ward Parkway 14 Theatres, Variety Tent 8 hosted its annual Christmas Party for Kids. The festivities began with all kinds of snack treats … popcorn to munch on, a beverage to sip on and a sweet treat, too. On screen, the party-goers enjoyed the fun-filled film, "Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron." And, just because it was that special time of the year, each child received a holiday gift.
